| The Car Park is surfaced in a stone chipping hard core. It is lit at night by lights either side of the main entrance. Cars park between 8 and 20 meters from the front door. There is a 5 cm step on to a paved terrace 1.5 metre wide in front of the main entrance door. |
| The front door is opened using a Yale type key. There is a staggered step into the hall 19cm high overall made up of two 15cm wide steps. |
| The hall is a polished wooden floor with a door (76cm wide) opening in to the breakfast room/ lounge and a door (76cm wide) opening in to the library/ pool room. It is a well lit area. |
| There is a ground floor toilet accessed from the hall, there is a 19cm step down into the toilet. |
| Guest bed rooms are located on the first floor, up a carpeted stair way consisting of 16 steps. The lighting for the stairs is from the first floor landing and from the hall. |
| The first floor landing is dark wooden flooring with a green rug in the middle. The landing is well lit. |
| The guest rooms open of the landing through 72cm wide doorways. The doors are locked by Yale type locks, keys are used to open the doors. |
| The guest rooms are carpeted with either en-suite bath or shower rooms with white tiled flooring. There is a 12cm step within the shower room. |
